What time do you guys open?
We shake our first margarita at 11:00 am with the exception of Negril, Jamaica which opens at 8:00 am and Grand Turk which opens as early as the first cruise ship arrives in port. The restaurants are open ‘til 10:00 pm; after which Club Ville comes alive (only for the Jamaica locations) and goes until you say when.

How can we get to your restaurant?
During the day you, can arrange for transportation through your hotel’s front desk or tour desk. If you are visiting on a cruise ship, then there are licensed buses and taxes present (identified by red license plates in Jamaica) that will take you to our restaurant. If you're visiting Grand Cayman on a cruise, Margaritaville is located directly across the street from the North Terminal, and just down the street from the main terminal of the Royal Walter Cruise Terminal. If you're stopping by Margaritaville Grand Turk, the restaurant is a hop, a skip and a jump from your ship when you dock at the cruise terminal. There is a cost to make the transportation arrangements mentioned above, as these transportation providers are independent of Margaritaville. On our club nights (Margaritaville Jamaica), we offer free shuttles to and from your hotel.  Check with the front desk or hotel concierge for departure times.

I would like to visit Margaritaville with my family. Do you have an age limit?
We do not have an age limit to enter our locations during the day; so you and your entire family can come on by and relax while your kids have fun on our slides, beaches or in our pools depending on which location you visit.  And don’t worry, we have certified life guards on duty to keep an eye on things while you relax with a Perfect Margarita or an ice cold Landshark. Some of our locations transform into a night club at night; at which point the age limit is 18 and older to enter Club Ville (Margaritaville’s night time alter ego).   A valid government issued ID is required to verify age requirements.

What’s the cost to get into Margaritaville?
There is no cost to enter Margaritaville during the day time; so always feel free to come on by and chill with us. As a courtesy, for all patrons who take advantage of our food, beverage, or retail offerings, we offer complimentary use of our water amenities. Our locations in Jamaica become Club Ville (Margaritaville’s night time alter ego) later in the night and attract a cover charge of US$10 to enter; except for two (2) special nights where the cover charge includes a special drink package. On Wednesdays in Ocho Rios and Montego Bay we have My Cup – All You Can Drink where you can enjoy all the Smirnoff vodka, Trelawny Gold Label Rum and Red Stripe draught you can handle between 11pm and 2am for US$24.95. On Fridays in Montego Bay and Negril, we have TGI Fridays,  which is another “All You Can Drink” party where you can enjoy Smirnoff vodka, Appleton Special and Red Stripe draught between 11pm and 2am for US$24.95.

We want to have dinner at Margaritaville.  Do we need to make reservations?
Margaritaville is a fun and relaxing casual dining restaurant, so reservations aren’t necessary. You and yours just need to come on over so we can seat you and you’ll be havin’ Cheeseburgers in Paradise and Perfect Margaritas in no time!
