Director of Sales and Marketing – Margaritaville Caribbean Group
This role leads the development and implementation of both short-term and long-term strategies in all sales and marketing channels to achieve MCG’s revenue goals and increase market share performance. Lead strategic direction, management and top-line revenues for all MCG properties. The Director manages all Sales and Marketing strategies, planning, and execution. Understands market mix and aligns resources, structures, and systems to achieve strategic goals and maximize revenues.
It is the responsibility of the Director of Sales & Marketing to possess the knowledge of North American travel trends, provide support and strategic direction to all properties and ensure achievement of MCG’s short and long term goals.
What Success Looks Like:
- Met or exceeded revenue goals within a 12-month period
- Successfully executed upon business plan strategies within a 12-month period
- Built a strong sales cycle that can extend across properties
- Identified and implemented new methods, technologies, and/or processes that drive positive sales results while reducing overhead
